Enjoy hot cocoa, holiday treats, entertainment, and crafts for the children. Take a guided tour of the Windmill and learn about the programs offered at Stony Brook Southampton.

The 19th annual Dickens Festival, December 5th, 6th & 7th, 2014, an annual Village celebration of the author of A Christmas Carol, features costumed characters, decorated streets and shops, Victorian entertainment and food. This holiday festival offers many free or low-cost attractions.
Many performances, an old-fashioned marketplace on East Main Street, carriage and trolley rides, a lantern-lit house tour of historic homes and a Grand Final Parade are sponsored by the Greater Port Jefferson Northern Brookhaven Arts Council.
35th Annual Holiday Festival

Join the festivities as The Ward Melville Heritage Organization hosts its 35th annual Holiday Festival. Enjoy live music provided by WALK-FM and holiday carolers, visit the petting zoo in the inner court, and enjoy a model train display at the Educational and Cultural Center. There will also be over 70 individually decorated trees along the pathways throughout Stony Brook Village Center, so don’t forget to vote for your favorite one!
And, of course, the holidays would not be complete without a visit from Santa Claus, who will arrive at 2 p.m. on a horse-drawn carriage to listen to children’s wishes until 5 p.m. Santa will also be on hand to throw the switch illuminating the holiday tree on the Village Green at 5:30 p.m.
